JUST FOR FUN
In the year 2000 I took a gap year to put on a show in the West End (at Her Majesty's Theatre) with Ronnie Barker as a script editor and my best mate in support. The media interest at the time was astounding and I was interviewed by The Sunday Times, The Independent, The Evening Standard, BBC Radio 5 Live, Capital FM Radio, BBC Radio London, Gloria Hunniford's Open House, BBC Liquid News, Esther Rantzan on Comedy. I also featured in the movie Mean Machine and had a role in an edition of Top Gear. I loved the experience of performing so much I formed Flock Comedy which I run in my spare time and work as an MC and promoter of comedy and comedians. I believe that any training, presentation can be as fun, as it is useful.
I am an ambassador for local charity SpecialEffect and with Jeremy Clarkson run an annual auction for The Lido at Chipping Norton - see my interview with him, left. I regularly MC local charity events for the likes "Rumble in the Cotswolds" for Helen & Douglas House, MC for Lawrence Home Nursing's comedy night and auctioneer for Children of Chernobyl. I was the recipient of "Charity Fundraiser of the Year" at the 2016 Oxfordshire Employee of the Year Awards .
I am married to my childhood sweetheart, Kate and have two daughters Lia (studying acting) and Evie (studying music) who both love to perform.
